In order to realise our vision, we are looking to attract an ambitious, highly skilled leader to this critical role of financial stewardship within the Group. That could be you. 

These are exciting times for us. Following three mergers, our Group is not only stable financially and educationally, but has achieved both an Ofsted Outstanding grading, as well as being graded Financially Outstanding by the Education and Skills Funding Agency. 

But we believe we can do more, and be better, so are now looking to our future and the significant opportunities to improve, grow and diversify our organisation has. We’re excited about the future of skills development in East Kent, and the chance we have to truly systematically plan it for the benefit of our diverse communities. 

In order to achieve our ambitions, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding finance professional to join our Group Leadership Board. This leader will need to be able to strategically guide this critical service, helping to maintain our robust financial standing, whilst seeking out new revenue streams with our commercial elements.
